WP1 – Project Management
Work package 1 (WP1) Project Management provides the backbone for the project’s success, ensuring efficient coordination, financial transparency, risk mitigation, high-quality deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Through structured management and continuous monitoring, it ensures the project meets its objectives while fostering inclusivity, digital transformation, and sustainability.
WP2 – Online Art Performance Course
A digital training programme that equips young artists with the skills to design and deliver street art performances addressing social and environmental issues. Through workshops and collaborative learning, participants turn creative ideas into public action and receive certification for their new competences.
WP3 – PATS Art Performances
Young artists and partners co-create 25 public performances across five countries, activating open spaces and engaging local communities through artistic activism. The performances are documented in a public catalogue, increasing visibility, youth participation, and cultural value in the areas where they take place.
